so im doing a self-scarification atm.
basically, i cut a design in my stomach, im now irritating it and picking it so it scars.
im willing to cut over and do it over and over until im happy with the results :-)
has anyone else tried this? its actually surprisingly difficult to keep the wound open, i have no problem cutting it in the first place, its just picking at it when it heals, it goes against my protective instinct or something, lol.

I will be teaching a Blood Play class at 2 PM Saturday Nov 25 in Atlanta, Ga at Spring4th Center. I will go over safety, start with needles then go on to scalpels. All are welcome. For a full day of classes the cost is $20.

Hey guys! I've been a part of this comm for a while, and haven't posted any pics because.. well, so far, it's just an interest, a fantasy. I haven't actually done it yet. I have a blood fetish... No one really knows, including my new boyfriend. I have no idea how to bring this up to him, how to tell him that I'd like to try it... I don't even know if he'd be willing!!! Any advice?? people make such a ridiculous big deal out of birthdays, and they make such a big deal to me that i end up making it a big deal no matter how hard i try not to.. i didnt do anything, go anywhere except for school.
i celebrated my birthday by this.

Someone told me about this community and I thought I belonged here, so here I am. Hello. I won't post much in all probability, as I rarely play. But I thought I might as well break the ice with an amusing anecdote.
I was in a shop today buying blades when I accidentally cut myself in the thumb with one. I didn't even want to buy them (wrong shape) so I put them back and bought another package of the same brand. There I was, sucking my cut thumb and waiting for the guy to serve me, when I noticed - I had left a great big bloodstain on the package I had touched. Shit!
Then when I buy them this guy starts filling out a VAT receipt. By this time my thumb is dripping all over the sodding place (I couldn't just stand there sucking it, it would have looked odd, so I put my hand behind my back) so I just told him I didn't need a receipt, got my change and walked out, desperately trying to keep a straight face.
Sheee-it!
I have "wierd freak" written all over me anyway, and had been kind of embarrased going in there in the first place. What the fuck is this dude gonna think when someone comes in to buy some craft knives and finds them covered in fucking blood?!?!
(I should be concerned about the hygene implications as well, I suppose. Well, I don't have any diseases and I have been tested recently.)

Hey guys, i haven't been active in the community for a while, but bloodplay seems to be a weekly or bi-weekly ritual for myself. my most recent is non-self inflicted. i dreamt of a concept of a locked heart, so i sketched out a shoddy version of what i wanted, and got a friend of mine ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=92.1) bittirsweet to cut it into me. once it's a bit more healed, we'll have to post more pictures, but this is what I've got atm.
some of them have been photoshopped, but you'll be able to tell the difference.

oh yeah, and i just picked up som scaplels today, so it'll be a finer blade that's easier to maneuver for when we go over it again.
